My Blueprint Discovered, LLC. is a veteran owned company founded and owned by Army Veteran Malani R. Gaines. Through sheer determination and a will to succeed, Malani has built not only a very impressive professional resume, strong client base, but has also completed a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and an Associate’s Degree in Business Administration.
As a teen mother and former homeless veteran, Malani overcame these challenges to build successful and award-winning careers in finance and insurance using the very skills taught in My Blueprint Discovered, LLC. As a former Personal Banker for SunTrust (now Truist) and as a Licensed Insurance Agent for Allstate and Country Financial, Malani’s clientele ranges from medium to high-net-worth clients, providing services in life insurance, auto coverage for exotic vehicles, high value homes, commercial trucks as well as commercial businesses.
Malani understands the power and need to creating a new paradigm and coping mechanisms due to mental health challenges such as anxiety and depression. In spite of everything she’s faced, Malani has developed an even a greater sense of empathy and compassion for others because of her ability to relate to others. This is part of what made her so successful in the finance and insurance industry and it is part of what makes her successful as a Business Coach.
